To register a claim please call 0203 3622 424.

You must give written notice to the Claims Company as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.

When contacting the Claims Company please have the following information to hand:

  • Resort and country visited
  • Value of claims
  • Brief circumstances
  • Travel dates
  • Incident date

Failure to have the above information to hand may result in your claim being delayed.
